PRIVACY POLICY

This site does not use cookies, does not show advertising, and does not sell or share your data. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us: an email address if you join the mailing list, or your name, email, and message if you use the contact form. Visits are measured in anonymous, aggregate form only.

We measure site traffic with Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service that processes visit data on our behalf. It records aggregate statistics only (pages viewed, referrer, browser type, country). IP addresses are not stored, no individual visitor profile is built, and the data is never used for advertising or sold.

If you subscribe, your email address is processed and stored by MailerLite and used solely to send you the updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Messages sent through the contact form - your name, email address, and the message itself - are delivered to us by Formspree. We use them only to reply to you.

The site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Embedded videos (if any) load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only after you choose to play them.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it - unsubscribing from the mailing list and telling us to remove past correspondence covers everything we have. Write to press@novescentgames.com.
